Atreliese accepts return requests within 3 days after the order has been delivered.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
To request a return, please contact us at atreliese.world@gmail.com and include your order number, the reason for the return, and clear photos or videos of the product.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days after delivery with supporting photos and videos.
Return shipping costs are paid by customers, depending on the reason for the return. Refunds are processed after the returned product has been received and inspected.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
