Shipping policy

Atreliese ships orders from Indonesia to available domestic and international destinations.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the delivery destination, package weight or dimensions, shipping method, and available carrier services.

Orders are usually processed within 1 business day after payment has been confirmed. Delivery times depend on the destination, carrier, customs clearance, and other factors outside our control.

For international orders, customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, customs clearance fees, and other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included unless clearly stated at checkout.

Customers are responsible for checking that the delivery address is complete and accurate. Atreliese is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs caused by incorrect address details, an unreachable recipient, customs restrictions, or events beyond our control.
